Tobacco is found in cigarettes and cigars.
It contains nicotine which is a drug that is very addictive. This means once you start smoking, it can be difficult to stop. Just ask anyone who smokes. Most people that smoke, wish they had never started.

There is also a strong link between smoking and fires in the home.  Each year approximately 140 people die in fires started by smoking.

It is illegal to sell tobacco to any one under 16 or anyone acting on their behalf.
