Smoking damages your health, causing a range of chest problems, cancers and heart problems.
At first, it can make you feel sick or dizzy. Regular smoking makes your breath smell and turns your fingers and teeth a yellowy - brown
There is also a strong link between smoking and fires in the home. Each year approximately 140 people die in fires started by smoking.
It is illegal to sell tobacco to any one under 16 or anyone acting on their behalf.
